RAMC Realtor members are subject to a number of Local, State, and National requirements to keep their license active and Association memberships in good standing. Below are links to these requirements:

New members are also subject to two additional requirements soon after joining:

All new RAMC MLS participants must attend a Basic MLS class within 3 offerings of joining. Included is this class is the RAMC MLS Rules and Regulations overview, MLXchange system overview including how to set up a client, listing input & maintenance, listing search, add photos, print reports, and add a listing to open house tour. Classes are offered once a month. Once completed, members are not required to repeat this class.

All new REALTOR members must attend a New Member Orientation within 3 offerings of joining. Members will learn the benefits the National, State and Local Associations offer, anti-trust, fair housing, safety and important websites including RAMConline.org. Each class is offered once a month. Once completed, members are not required to repeat this class.
